About Chuck
With experience selling foreclosures, trustee sales, probates, land trusts, residential, income and commercial properties, Chuck Lamm is proud of the hundreds of friends he has helped to obtain their dream homes, investments or retirement income real estate. Constantly fluctuating markets has allowed for a vast variety of experiences since 1980 that Chuck brings to every meeting. His skills as a top-notch negotiator and problem solver are well known to his fellow agents and specifically his friends and clients that have profited by them. His role as consultant, trainer and guide make his relationships with his clients resemble family connections. Since 1980, Chuck’s role as taxi, advisor and coach while raising five children and twenty-three foster children has made connections throughout the community that still have strong ties. Chuck feels most people desire to own a home. His goal is to provide the plan to allow the opportunity.
